The Science Behind It

In Dr. Gail Matthews' study at Dominican University, participants who wrote their goals down reported higher goal achievement than those who only thought about them (Matthews, 2015). The Summit turns abstract ambitions into a visual mountain you're actively climbing.

Every day is a step closer to the peak.

A garden of trees in the JustGoBloom iPhone app, including a grown Summit — Every goal you keep showing up for becomes a tree. Summit is one of seven, for ambition and reaching higher.
